Top 10 Auto Dialers

In this article, I have tried to put together communications auto dialer, predictive
dialer and/or call center applications. Different people give them a call with different
names and discover different pair of features of these softwares. The factors that I
focused are feature set, stability, scalability, speed of which they dial and cost
effectiveness (initial cost plus maintenance cost).
These solutions range from very low price, affordable and to use systems to
very expensive and complex systems. I haven't tried all of these solutions because
some are not free to make use of, however, I have researched and googled their features,
customer testimonials, support services, and feedback of those who have tried
these softwares and discussed their experience and some technical
information from tech papers.
1- ICTBroadcast

low as $299 for 5 lines. Free download, thirty days trial. Linux-based. It has rich
feature set including Voice, SMS, Email and Fax broadcasting, multi-tenant,
advanced graphical reports, real-time campaign results, multi-lingual, scalable,
surveys and polls, IVR designer, Inbound campaign, Answering machine detection
(AMD), Do Not Call (DNC) feature, REST APIs for external system integration and
built-in appointment reminder settings.
2- Voicent

4- SpitFire
Stand alone. SIP based VOIP. Pricing is not open. An additional server may be
required, feature rich, easy to make use of and build. Organic growth when you add on more
agents or resell the service. I love it because I can utilize it to provide a hosted
treatment for my clients. Best professional value for the low cost,
4- CallFire
This product is much more of a service. It costs you as low as 2$ an hour or so for cloud call
center. The price goes up the more features you add. Some features cost you
more unseemingly. For example, call transfer feature bills at 3.5?? each minute for
every transferred call. It can get expensive dependant on your requirement and
usage. Some of the features which are included in all of the rate plans are 6am - 6pm
PT Customer Support, Simple 'Do Not Call' list setup, Unlimited call transfers
(3.5??/minute), Extensive real-time reporting, Call statistics, APIs to control
campaigns, phone call recording, Text-to-speech support.
6- Five9
Hosted, SIP based VOIP, Web based. No long lasting contracts; there is a create fee,
familiar interface and set up. Good quality of sound. Great for a person that doesn't
want to own their solution.

not open. Features include AMD, DNC, CRM Integration, Callback and Appointment
setting, Real-time reporting, automated broadcasting, Email and social media
features, inbound and outbound support and much more.
9- Voice2Phone

contact their small or medium number of contacts frequently. Features include
Voice recorder, Answering machine detection, real-time call status, retry option,
and basic IVR features. No support for SMS, Fax and Email. No answering services company features.
No integration APIs. Not recommended for medium and huge businesses. Runs well
in Windows XP, Windows 7 or above.
10- EVS7
